Is the lower part of the rear window in 2013 Toyota Prius defroster or it is just thw radio antenna designed like being defroster? It has the lines throght the window but not working as defroster. I took it to dealeship, the voltage is fine , but they even don't exactly know if it is an antenna or defroster. Thanks
