Hi all, I went to Canadian tire today to get a replacement bulb for my 2014 Prius C foglamp. The one that came up in the "bulb finder" was 140$! That can't be right can it? Is there a bulb this group would recommend as a replacement? Thanks!
Yeah that's can't be right. My Gen 3 Prius Liftback foglight bulbs from Toyota are only $30 (still a bit pricey but at least almost 1/2 the price that you were quoted). When I had my Gen 2, I ordered bulbs from Power Bulbs (Car Bulbs, Halogen, Xenon HID, LED | Philips & OSRAM | PowerBulbs). Free shipping to Canada
The 2012 fog bulb is a H16 which uses the same socket as the H11 (our headlights). The only difference between the two bulbs is the brightness. The H11 uses less wattage and shines less brightly because of it. I don't know if canadian bulbs are different or not, but according to the sylvania bulb guide I use, the 2014 US cars are the same as the 2012.
