2014 Prius Splash Guards painted to 1F7 Factory Color

I bought the Euro Version Splash Guards........ good product, easy to install. Went to the dealer to have them professionally painted to match the 1F7 Classic Silver Metallic.............dealer would do for about $100. Fantastic. Bad news is that they can't guarantee that the soft plastic nature of the guards will buff out properly enough to accept a shiny long lasting coat that they could guarantee. Anybody ever paint after market splash guards with good looking, long lasting results
