Since Prius does not "officially" offer a sport trim, this is pretty close to what one would imagine a sport Prius to be. It has the 17" wheels with low profile tires, carbon fiber details (lower grill, logo accents, interior accents), wedge style body side moldings, leather steering wheel and tinted glass. Interestingly, the trailer hitch acts as a frame stiffener to improve handling too. The upgraded audio is far better then any upgrades Toyota offers. It is similar to the Persona, only better. The Persona you are stuck with that fake leather. The cloth seats are far better IMHO. The leather steering wheel is from an older gen 3 when they actually used real leather! I hope this clarifies.
Lowering the price to 17,257. If your interested, please let me know. Car is immaculate with added upgrades, conveniences and design improvements.
My new car wants the garage. Price lowered again to $16,999. Folks are so focused on price only, and not the valuable upgrades that greatly improves the car ownership experience. I don't know how the dealer gets away with useless overpriced upgrades. Anyway, the car is in awesome condition and ready to roll for a discerning individual. Getting buyers remorse when I fill the tank of the new car. Already miss the great mileage of the Prius, and with gas almost $4.50 in so cal, there are few better options than the Prius... however PriusChat users already know this.
