2015 prius entering service mode problems..

Hello guys,

i have a problem im my prius, i want to enter service mode in my prius and I cant. As on every yt video is showing example with ‘car’ or ‘info’ button, and than turn headlights on/off 4 times, And i upgraded it to android touch screen when i bought car, so i dont have a original radio.

i want to check my v12 battery voltage.

any ideas please? I attqched photos.
