2015 Prius V Bluetooth problems with Entune

    I was pairing my iPhone X and it went well. Then after I turned off the car and came back later, the bluetooth and phone buttons are grayed out. There's no way to connect bluetooth at all! Dealership wants to reinstall/update my Entune at $65 an hour. I'm wondering if this is something I can do myself to solve this weird problem. Bluetooth had worked just fine for the last three years, well, there had been some glitches but nothing like this.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Bluetooth is the only big defect I experienced with My Prius. I have an iPhone too and it stopped working the I tried syncing a second iPhone named the same as mine.
