I just purchased a 2016 Prius C which was supposed to have a navigation system. What is the best way to trade out the existing radio system for a navigation system. Go to dealer? Find replacement on the open market and get someone to install? This is outside my wheelhouse and need advice.

i would try a car audio shape for aftermarket head units. if you decide to go oem, beware, it's junk.
