Just yesterday was told people could barely understand me talking through my car and had to put on speaker on my phone. I see the microphone up top near the sunglasses holder Has anyone had this issue? SM-N986U1 ?
Were the windows open at the time ? Was the AC going full blast ? Was the radio playing ? Were you yelling at the mic ? Was a big noisy truck in the lane beside you ?? Typically the mic's are very sensitive and the fidelity not too good. Background noise can be a killer. With almost any car model.
Well then some more "test" calls would be in order. And then a dealer visit if it is still under warranty and / or it really is a problem for you.
