2017 Prius 2, entune audio issues

My wife and I both own Prius 2’s, and both of us are having the same issue. Whenever answering a phone call via Bluetooth on the entune audio system, the entire system restarts. We both use iphone x’s. Entune audio only, software version 01014B. Dealer acts like he has no idea what we are talking about but I have to assume this issue is widespread considering we both expierence it in different cars.
