I purchased a 2018 Prius Prime Premium with 11.6" navigation radio. The microphone isn't working for voice commands or Bluetooth. I've tried the Care Care Nut reset trick by leaving the negative battery cable disconnected for overnight. I've also downloaded the latest radio firmware and installed it via USB. The car had a historical (non active) fault code for a disconnected microphone but currently has no pending or active codes on any systems. Where do I begin to troubleshoot the microphone problem? How do I remove the roof console to try swapping microphone modules?
