2018 with Rockledge PROPPLM alarm preinstalled by dealer, declined at closing..

    Hello Everyone,
    Yesterday, I declined the already installed system at closing. It took them literally 5 minutes to "uninstall." I believe they leave some or most of the alarm gear installed. How do I get this working again? it is a Rockledge PROPPLM alarm.
