So I'm trying to buy a used/broken headlight to test out some retrofitting options, such as swapping out the projector and possibly other things internally. I have a local retrofitter that wants to breakdown a headlight to see what can be done before actually working on my car. I see a bunch of used and broken lights which are great but I'm looking for one that comes equipped with AFS. I'm not sure how to tell the difference between non-AFS lights so if someone could point me in the right direction on what differentiates them. I tried messaging a couple of people on ebay but they either didn't respond or said they weren't sure. The lower priced and broken ones eBay don't specify and I of course would rather pay for something broken or cracked as I'm just looking at the internals of the light. Guess the world will never know. Just bought one that supposedly has AFS for a decent price. Will post some pics after the retrofit is done. Will most likely just swap the projector for better light output and paint the insides black like the anniversary edition. Maybe remove the orange reflectors if possible Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
