It’s all about thermal management without that call the Highbridge an electric EVs come to a crashing halt. Are our tech ready for a new level of diagnostics to keep everything running. Gone are the days of a single copper brass radiator with a single copper brass heater core connected to the dash by a mechanical cable going to have a single heater control valve mounted in the middle of a hose.

Short video showing the front and partially removed from a GM bolt EV in a body shop as I’m about to perform a refrigerant recovery on the new gas R1234YF .

I have a 2015 Spark EV and it uses the same basic system, even down to the R-1234yf and coolant reservoirs. :D
