The Explorer hybrid has a 5000 pound tow rating. The Aviator is targeting a 31 mile EV range, since that is a cut off for Chinese incentives. I have clue how Chinese testing compares to EPA though. You had it right. That is an Explorer PHEV. Europe is getting it because the Lincoln brand isn't sold there.
