Hello folks, coming to the forum after a long time. Current owner of a 2015 Prius since 2018 that I bought at 110,000 miles and now it's at 150,000 ... absolutely no issues... very happy. It's black with light grey interior. I like black cars - so I want to get a 2020 4th gen (to include apple car play) in black again, called Midnight Black Metallic. Any issues with this color? There are extremely few in the market - I was wondering why... also, for a 40,000 to 50,000 mileage 4th gen 2020 or 2021 prius, what major maintenance would be next and what should I be looking at specifically while inspecting the vehicle? would it be worth doing the PPI from a Toyota dealer? no issues that i can recall. maybe the owners love them so much, or it wasn't a popular color. no major maintenance until 120k, i wouldn't bother with ppi. all the best!
