Hello. My wife has a 2019 prius L eco. Her radio alerts her of an incoming email or text message on the display screen with the option to play the email or text or just close the screen. My 2020 prius L eco has a different radio. When I receive an email or text, it will show at the top of the screen of a new text or email but for only 2 seconds then disappear. No option to play or look at the message until I click on the phone button on the radio and then click on messages and then read it or play the message. Is there an option to set the radio like my wife's where the message will pop up on the screen and give me the options to do as I please?
