So I've seen it twice now when I was walking down the street in Berkeley. A Blue 2nd generation Prius with green clean air stickers. I couldn't chase him down cause I was walking. Has any one else seen this vehicle or maybe know them? What is going on; it is blowing my mind? Did he split 2 stickers a piece on his older Prius and new PIP? I'm gonna find this car!
