$4,000 off 2009 Prius This is from a Toyota dealer whose sales critters we especially don't care for: Last call, a phone message in June 2005, "First one here with $1,000 gets the next Prius on the truck. It is white." - sorry, I joined a waiting list, not an auction. In 2001, it took three visits and a letter before the sales manager said, "We have been working hard not to sell you an Echo." All previous visits, they kept trying to sell us the wrong Echo. In 1991, we bought a new Camry through a buying service at our Credit Union because the local dealer wanted too much for the wrong Camry. I would not walk across the street to kick dirt at them but I would walk my dog ... Bob Wilson
