11/4/06 - Purchased today a new 2007 Prius Touring Edition Package #6 for $500 off MSRP and 3 miles on odometer. KMT Toyota is my preferred dealer in Kearny Mesa (San Diego) and told me all in stock 2007 Prii were discounted $500 off MSRP but could not assure me that any Touring Editions were coming soon. Looked on-line and found my color and package option at Frank Toyota and they matched the $500 MSRP discount. Frank Toyota sales agent, Donn Hart, was great to deal with, everything done up front, graciously, and with a genuine interest in satisfying the customer. BTW - Frank Toyota has another Prius Touring Edition on the show room floor. Important to me, no other dealer installed options or services were added to mark up the price or complicate the bottom line sticker pricing. If interested in this option, KMT did offer free 9 month Sirius subscription on most of their Prius models in stock.
