64 bit mini VCI on windows 8.1

    I'm getting tired of the slow operation of my current mini VCI on a ancient windows XP laptop (manufactured sometime during the first Jurassic park movie production)

    I ordered a 64bit mini VCI to hopefully run on a windows 8.1 64 bit.
    Its coming from overseas so I'm hoping to have it before the glacier return to western NY sometime in September :)

    Has anyone have success with this setup?

    Wondering if it can run on a Raspberry Pi ..........
