Hi everyone, My 07 Prius is nearing 75,000 mi and the dealer is reminding me it's time for a 75,000 Mile Service. What is included in this service and is it really necessary? Thanks, Jerry
If you had the 60K mile service, then at 75K miles at minimum you should have the engine oil and oil filter replaced. Optionally, you should have the brakes, suspension and exhaust system inspected. Look at your warranty and maintenance booklet or else toyota.com to see what Toyota recommends for the 75K mile service. Your dealer typically will add additional items to that list to justify a higher price for the service.
