Hey everyone, I've been lurking this site for some time now. My workhorse Honda finally died after an overheat event. I was far from home and the fix (head gasket) was just more than the car was worth so I got rid of it. We went out to the dealer to find something that fit our budget, I had said all along these past few years that when the Honda dies I'm going to get a Prius! So we went to the dealer and picked up a 2012 Prius II with 129K. It was more miles than I would have liked but the price was good and reliability research indicated that it had many more miles ahead of it. Anyways, just wanted to say Hi and I hope I didn't screw up getting a vehicle with higher miles!
Welcome from me also. Just drive for new car and we'll worry about snags, if, as and when they come up. Silly to worry about indefinite, possible, maybe problems.
