Howdy all, First timer... Been having issues with my moms 2010 Prius. When the a/c is turned on and mode is set to the top vents, little air comes out of the top vents and most is directed to the footwell. All other modes seem to work fine (feet only, defrost, etc). I suspect the actuator feedback contacts are dirty or the actuator is worn, but is there a way to remove the actuator without removing the dash and/or blower case?
