The a/c and heater are not operating properly. Not cold enough and not getting warm. Any ideas? Low freon, compressor going bad? On a brighter note...I've sat looking down into a volcano that could blow at any moment; I've helped catch a shark and several rattlesnakes; I let a tarantula walk across my hand, and I ate rat soup.
If both the AC and heat are not working, that points to possible air flow problems. Check the cabin air filter first. Does the blower work OK? Plenty of air flow? If those are good then it points to a stuck air mix baffle. Try operating the recirc switch a few times. Run the temp from max high to max low a few times. That should exercise the baffles over the complete limits of their travel. See if you can hear them moving properly.
Also try the various air flow positions as well: defrost, foot well, etc. Make sure the flow is directed as expected. You again should hear the baffle move.
