AAA studied gasoline and found lots more gunk build-up in cheaper brands (not listed on TopTierGas.com). The difference is the amount of detergent additives, which is higher in the TopTier. that is a very impressive study. i thought triple a only fixed flats, jumped batteries and towed you home. i wonder if that's why we see so many problems in low mileage cars, while others go over a hundred thousand trouble free.
