U.S. car buyers want large vehicles, SUVs again thanks to "stabilizing gas prices" — Autoblog Green
Gas is too cheap @ $3. Don't worry, it will go up again eventually and all those people buying new SUVs will wonder "Why didn't I see this coming?"
Yeah. I remember a time when I was complaining the super unleaded was up to almost $2/gallon. At the time, both my cars required premium.
I am prepared to pay $6 a gallon for premium for my other car. I am also prepared to laugh my nice person off at dumb nice person SUV drivers paying for their stupidity at the gas pump.
Wonder how they are liking their decisions now. Gas is up more than a buck nationally since that article was posted. Some people really just have to learn the hard way.
You have not been listening to Faux news. It is Obama's fault for closing refineries and not nuking Iran (or something.)
Yeah, didn't you know that when Obama took office gas was a nickel a gallon and now look where it is? All his fault!
Its kind of strange as we move the goal posts A flat gas tax that would rise over the years would make purchase more likely to react correctly to the market. The US failed to pass one when gas was cheap, I have no hope of them passing one now that it is expensive again. I'm suprised that some aren't telling the president to give iran the bomb in exchange for increasing oil production. If we do that, the boycott will go away, and gas will go back to less than $3/gallon Please note the sarcasm.
