Efficiently selling all the parts in a car and properly recycling the frame &what remains of the body is very, very difficult unless you're running a business that's equipped to do so. Most people who try to do this end up with a wrecked car in their yard for decades... Your family and your neighbors would most certainly appreciate you just getting rid of it all at once even though there's less money in it for you that way.
Start with the catalytic converter. It should net minimum $1K based on the value of the metals in it, assuming it is the original. Tires/wheels should be easy $250-300 assuming tires are good 60-80%. If you have a place to part it out, be sure to put the frame up on blocks and be ready to have spare donuts to have the tow truck get it out of there. As others stated, Offerup and Craigslist on part outs, you'd be surprised how fast people pick down to a bare frame. Parting out a car takes time. Posting pics on the car and its interior expedite most ads vs just print.
