Ac compressor make noise and not chilling

Hello I drive a Prius 2005. When I turn on the AC, I hear some noise from the compressor but the car ac blows hot air. I had the gas recharge but it still did not cool. I even had to add oil in the compressor but the noise did not stop and still ac did not chill.
Pls I need your advice on what to do.
