The GreenerCars table was recently referenced in another thread, and I had a question about it. What are their criteria for the green score? The Ford Focus has a mpg of 27 city, 37 highway, and 31 conbined, which is competative with the lower entries in the table. Most of them do better, but Focus has better emissions, even outside CARB. What else in being factored in?
