What actually needs to be done to properly maintain a Prius? I get my oil changed and tires rotated every 5,000 miles. Do I really need a 5,000 mile inspection....and a 7,500 mile inspection...and a 10,000 mile inspection? At what point should I get everything checked out?

it's good to keep an eye on things like CV boots- worn boots can cause major expenses later on. just know what to keep an eye on yourself and you're ok.
