My 2012 v two does not have the footwell lighting, and I suspect that many other years have the same "problem." However, to my surprise, the harness and wiring are already present. The only thing left out from the factory is the light bulb. I found the wired connector on both the driver and passenger side. Searching various threads here on Priuschat, I see that the Lexus light is a direct fit. Lexus part is 81080-22040. However I think it might be weird if all the lights on the car are amber and bright white in the footwell. So I wonder if I should get the Prius version instead.
