If you transfer contacts from one phone or manually enter contacts or transfer with the vcf file from laptop method, are those contacts available for voice dialing from other phones you pair with the Prius with nav or only the first phone? If your handsfree paring link fails and you have to delete and re-pair your phone, do you also have to transfer the contacts again or are they saved?
First question, each phone's address book is completely independent for each paired phone. The contacts cannot be shared with other paired phones. Second question, once you delete a phone you delete everything attached to that phone. So, yes, you will need to transfer the contacts again.
