Hello; brand new to the forum. 2 weeks ago I bought a 2010 Prius V with the navigation system. The address button is grayed out so I essentially can't use the system. Car is not in motion as I'm doing this. I ejected the DVD and it's a generic Verbatim disc. System says it's version 13.1. Local dealership was no help. Any experience with this issue would be hugely appreciated.
Can you get into the infotainment diagnostics screens? On the vehicle signal check screen, what does it say about the vehicle speed? Does it change and match the speedometer while you're driving? What does it show for the other inputs?
