Here is the adjustment wheel for the foglights. I adjusted mine up but they are still pretty weak. The problem isn't the bulb (I have Silverstars), it is the design of the reflector. The beam is rainbow shaped and doesn't spread the light out efficiently. I don't think you can do anything with these stock fogs. The only solution, in my opinion is to replace the entire unit.
Or add HIDs? They shouldn't have any glare problems because they're so low to the ground and practically point down as part of the design.
