Advice needed regarding 12V battery and 3 way coolant valve

    I need some advice.. I have a bunch of codes hinting my 3 way coolant valve needs to be replaced but my 12V battery ALSO needs replaced. Could my 12V being at the end of it's lifespan create these codes? My heat stills works fine.. occasionally it'll take a couple seconds for my air to get cool but for the most part it's fine.

    So what's the question? You already have your answer

    1. Replace the 12v battery
    2. Replace the coolant valve

    If you are getting heat consistently, you probably don't have to worry about the coolant valve for now. It doesn't affect anything other than heat. Cool air has nothing to do with it.

    A weak battery can throw some strange codes. So if you're battery is over 5 years old, either charge it and test it............or just replace it.
