Hello all, I have a 2014 Prius v that I had tied to dealership last week. They told me it was either motor or transaxle. Said it honestly isn’t worth fixing. Has 261,000 miles on it. Now I’m not sure what to do with it. Is there anyone who buys junk Prius cars?
Salvage yard, Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace. You need to detail the issues and how it drives. Include the issues before the last problem. With no diagnosis it may be worth $500. With a firm pathforward it might be $2,500. Some repairs to make it drive and it might be $5,000.
