first check out the clubs area on the forum. there may already be a club for your area, and that's much easier! our raleigh/durham club started right here on pc. there were a few of us from the area and we just decided to start a club. so far it's gone over well. we have had 2 meetings and so far have not run out of things to talk about. we're thinking of hosting a local hybrid owners discussion and announcing it on the news for a good turnout. that will also get us publicity. i also made some flyers to put on windshields when i park near another prius. hope that's helpful, good luck!
