Aftermarket Front Rotors & Pads

Hello.

I attempted to do my due diligence to search for a similar thread (because I know there has to be one)... However, I came up empty.

My question is... Do any of you use aftermarket rotors or pads? I have a 2008 with around 215k miles. The pads are very low, figured I would just change them all out at once.

I use Akebono pads on my Mercedes, so I was swaying that direction, but what do you all use for rotors? I have looked at OEM, Brembo, Centric, EBC, R1 Concepts, Raybestos...
