All the dash indications went out on my sons' gen2 Prius. He has no speedometer, no gas gauge, no nothing. The cruise control went out also. I'm pretty good with car repairs. But have never opened up the dash on a Prius before. Is this a common fault?
It happens on the gen 2. You can search for combination meter failure. There are posts saying @Texas Hybrid Batteries can send you a fixed one, programmed for your odometer mileage and all, I think.
Yep with your mileage that you supply with your VIN number sent right to your door about 55 minutes to install it not a bad job at all Vents will break
