My gen II Prius has a slot near the power button for the key fob, so by inserting the fob the car can be started even if the battery is dead. I looked a couple of times for something similar, both in my PiP and the manual and could not find one. Did I miss it?
From what I recall in reading the manual, you place the keyfob over the power button instead of the previous slot method.
