Amount of plastic in a prius?

    I am doing a report, and i cannot find any information detailing the amoung (in kilograms) of plastic used in the Toyota Prius body and interior.

    If anyone knows where i would be able to find the above information, it would help me out quite a bit.

    I don't know, but I read that much, and perhaps most, of the plastic panels in a Prius aren't made of plastic at all, but out of a cellulose fiber from a special type of sustainably-grown tree.

    Are you asking about the Prius liftback, v wagon or something else?
