Another example of the brutal damage the availability heuristic can do to perspectives. A few bad apples and suddenly all the leafs run out of battery, but I know I don't have any idea what percentage of owners have actually encountered these issues.
its a question of learning your car. i did 122.8 miles one day in my Leaf for a meetup up north which required me to plug in 50 miles from home. obviously it took time. now part of the time was ok, since i had to do paperwork at the dealer anyway. But the paperwork was done at least an hour before i felt i had enough charge to make it home. but i knew my capabilities, my car and my route. its really as simple as that. now some are reporting anomalies and in this scenario is hard to make judgments with out hard facts. now my blog is written with a bit of an attitude. i had full confidence in my range estimates. but here it is anyway My Nissan Leaf Forum • 122.8 Miles!!
