After about 4 months of adding my cheap front splitter, which I think did improve my highway mpgs by about 2mpgs on the same 120-mile trip when i didn't have that splitter yet, i thought i'd experiment some more with another affordable aero mod - a boot lip spoiler It's almost similar to the ones you see on the BMW M3 and other sporty cars. I just hope it really does the job like the one designed for the Volt. Easy to install. Just needs a bit of heat (from a heat gun or hair dryer) to conform to the curve of the GenII spoiler. Haven't done some highway runs yet. Hopefully soon...
