Had this rattle somewhere in the font left side that bugged me for months. Every little bump and it would sound off. I was worried as I thought it had to be suspension or steering related. Was about to give up when I thought to check out the engine compartment for anything loose and noticed the lid of the big fuse box had play in it - even though the clips were done up there was just enough play for it to rattle when going over bumps and stuff - my tyres are at 44 psi - I inserted a tiny bit of padding ( I use bits from old mouse mats..) in the gap and Hey Presto - rattle gone. Now...on to the next one... Hope this helps Pinball
