Update: My dealer called me twice in the last 24 hours. I am at the top of the list for option group 7. There should 7's in late February, but only option group 6's now. He offered me a 6 for immediate delivery, but I opted to wait for the 7's (of course, if he had offered a 9...).
I took delivery on a Tideland Pearl Option Package 9 yesterday (February 9). On Saturday, the dealer had called with an offer of a Silver Option 7 by the end of the month. He indicated that I could switch to a Tideland Green 9 that had just been delivered to the dealership. I hightailed over there to get a good look and filled out the forms that afternoon. The only port options were mats and the rear bumper applique. I drove it into work this morning. All systems (except the driver) appear to be in fine condition. I'm now adjusting from driving a 20-year old Tercel.
