Some of us can't take the time off. Is there any possibility of maybe a WebCam or two so we can at least see what is going on and maybe listening to the presentations? I suspect if you asked the membership, you might get some volunteers who with any sort of WiFi access could make the event world-wide and interactive. For good measure, maybe have some sort of 'Twit" thread? <GRINS> Bob Wilson
Yes, we're trying to work on something. The current limitation is bandwidth since there is no wi-fi or hardwire connections at the park, so we'll be living off of MiFis. We'll at least have some sort of webcam streaming on Livestream.com or something during the day, and then we'll throw lots of video up on YouTube in the weeks following as we edit together the various technical sessions and other events.
