Looking to find out if anyone is using an external power supply for their dashcams? And if their's best brand out there. That'll allow the cameras to run and not drain the battery while in parking mode overnight.
I have the solar panel roof charging a lifepo4 battery which provides power to 2 dashcams constantly. No maintenance, can provide 2 straight months of power to the cameras without sun in worst case scanario. The lifepo4 battery can be used to jump the car 12 v battery and power an entire audio amplifier.
