we had to call Tesla RS just once. It was no better or worse than the automobile club we would have otherwise used .... meaning both Services commonly put you on hold for what seems like a good long time, and then, a good long wait before help arrives. Model X had a flat, front left side. Having forgotten about tesla RS, it was my better ½ that reminded me about them, prior to the auto club reaching our location. The front tires being smaller than the rear - they installed the loner tire & wheel rather quickly. One parting shot - from the regular Auto Club tow truck driver. We discovered that the auto club turned in our incident to Carfax - even though he never breached our location. So, when we unloaded the X, we had to explain to the new owner, showing our paperwork, that the flat tire was why our X was flagged by Carfax. Apparently these tow truck drivers get money from Carfax, as an initiative, to turn in every little thing, rather than your typical flood, fender bender or worse. .
I'd use the service if I could just get my car to break down. No luck so far. Like the bunny...it just keeps going and going. Mike
