Seems like a pretty good deal for everything you get Toyota Prius Custom Wheels and Tires Wheels, tires, and mounting/balancing
Prices are good but.... Look for reviews on the brands they are selling. The wheels are probably OK. At least some of the tires they list are crap. Not good for performance or fuel economy. You can probably get the tires you want if you pay the difference in price between what's in the ad and the tires you want.
FWIW - read up on the physics of 'unsprung' weight. (example - Unsprung weight and why I want less of it :0 - Subaru WRX Forum: WRX Forums ) Notice how most afermarket manufacturers are reluctant to say how much their products weigh? There's a reason. Typically wheel makers are going for a 'look' rather than true performance. The trick is, even though LIGHT rims (10lbs and under) can make a nice difference in mpg's (though some here will contest it ) ... light rims can be much weaker. That's why the STRONG/light rims will typically cost well over $350 each. Of course, it'll take a good long time to expense that $1,400 (plus install costs) - so that's just something to think about - if your goal is mileage versus simple 'looks' that may actually end up costing you mpg's.
