i purchased some items from the store here recently and one of them is defective. I can’t seem to get a response by phone, web contact form or replying to the email. Anyone know if this has been outsourced or how to contact them?
Tried that, let’s see if it gets a response. I would recommend nobody purchase from the shop at this time. There is no one answering the phones, responding to emails and now forum posts. It’s a shame, I bought a lot of nice gadgets for my 2005 over the years when there were no ads to provide revenue, and it was the shop and donations that kept it running.
Some of it appears outsourced based on one of the recent issues I had to deal with. I can’t speak for Danny since I’m only a moderator. He’ll have to talk to you directly.
That would be fine, we just need a way to get ahold of him if he is the only one responsible for it’s running. He’s not responding and I don’t want to pull the funds back and get the accounts in trouble. I could have bought it direct but always check here first to support the board.
I got a response, seems to be some internal issues they are working out. I’ll let you all know if this gets worked out.
